Estoy aquí y con gusto cuidaré a los niños para que puedas pasar un rato a solas. Dar un paseo.   Ducharse.   Ve al bosque y medita. Orar.  Llorar.  Gritar.  Y cuando te sientas un poco mejor, estoy dispuesto a escuchar, o simplemente sentarme contigo un rato. O simplemente puedo irme a casa; a veces, hablar no es lo que necesitas. Entonces, si me necesitas más adelante en la semana, o el próximo mes, o dentro de un año, hazme saber. Nuestra familia está orando por tu familia. Les amamos.

(English Translation: I’m here and will gladly watch the kids so you can spend some time alone.  Take a walk. Take a shower. Go into the woods and meditate. Pray. Cry. Scream. And when you feel a little better, I’m willing to listen, or just sit with you a while. Or I can just go home—sometimes, talking isn’t what you need.
