Shipping Policy
- Orders are generally shipped 5-7 business days after an order is placed. Special orders may take 7-10 business days.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FED-EX. Other shipping methods may be used if shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states.
- Alaska, Hawaii, or US protected territory residents can order by phone only. Additional shipping charges will apply. Anyone outside of the 48 contiguous states can place an order by phone only. Generally, we do not ship internationally.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days after your order is shipped, depending on your location.
- If your package needs to be redirected or rerouted due to an error in entering your shipping address, you will be charged an additional $15 redirect shipping fee.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, and any other cards PayPal accepts. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
Return Policy
All returns must be submitted within 10 days of the shipment date. We reserve the right to limit the number of claims per customer. All returns must be submitted using our online return form.

Received Wrong Product
If you received the wrong product due to an error on our behalf, please use our online return form and provide all details required.
Product must be unopened to qualify for an exchange. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. The correct product will be shipped to you at no additional cost once the unopened product is received.
Ordered Wrong Product
If you ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the cost to reship the correct product. The returned product must be unopened.
Damaged Product
We cannot be responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process. We use tear-proof and water-proof mailing bags or envelopes in order to help your product arrive damage-free.
